What is InBundles?

We offer steeply discounted food and beverage related gift certificates to local merchants in your city. The participating merchants offer InBundles discounts of at least 50% off if we can get a minimum number of customers to buy the gift certificate. If the minimum is met, then everyone who buys the gift certificate gets the deal. Merchants get an influx of customers and our members get huge discounts. It's a win-win!

What happens if the minimum number of buyers isn't met?

If we don't reach the minimum, then your credit card is not charged and nobody gets the deal. But tomorrow's a new day!

Do I have to recruit people to get the Bundle? 

Not at all! You don't have to do anything to get our deals. It's available to everybody who likes eating and drinking the best your city has to offer. But, if you don't feel like eating alone in the corner or just want to save a friend some cash, the let them know about our deals. It's a fun and economic way to get together with your friends.

How do I buy and receive today's deal? 

Just go to the home page of InBundles.com and press the BUY NOW! button. If enough people have bought the deal, then you're credit card will be charged and we'll email your gift certificate when the sale ends. If the minimum has not been met by the time the sale ends, then you're credit card won't be charged, nobody will get the deal and you'll have a chance at a new Bundle the next day.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is only charged when the minimum number of buyers are met.

Do I have to use my Bundle the day of purchase? 

No. You can use it anytime before it expires.

The minimum number of buyer for a Bundle was met. How soon can I use my gift certificate? 

If the minimum is met, you'll receive a link to print your Bundle within 1 business day after the sale ends.  You can use your Bundle anytime after that.

How do I use my Bundle?

Present the print out of your Bundle to the participating merchant at the time of your visit. Redemption instructions and the details of the deal will be printed on the Bundle. Simple as that. 

Can I buy a Bundle as a gift? 

Unless the deal points on the Bundle indicate that the Bundle is ungiftable, feel free to gift away!

The Bundle I bought as a gift has my name on it. Will this be a problem?

No problem whatsoever. Even though the Bundle has your name on it, you can still give it to anyone as a gift. 

Do I get change back or store credit if don't use the entire value of the Bundle?

Unless otherwise stated in the deal points, you will not get change or store credit on the balance of your Bundle.

Do I pay gratuity based on the value of the Bundle or on the total bill?

Tax and gratuity are not included in the Bundles. You should tip based on the total bill whether you spent more or less than the value on the Bundle.

Can I combine my Bundle with other discounts, offers and specials?

No. You can't use the Bundle in combination with other offers unless the deal points specifically state that you can.

Is it safe to use InBundles.com?

Definitely! All credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely by SSL. We make sure that all your information is handled with the strictest security standards.

Can I get a refund on my Bundle? 

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.  Generally, unless there is something wrong with your purchase, we cannot give you a refund on your Bundle after one week from the purchase date.

What if the participating business for my Bundle closes down?

If it becomes impossible for you to redeem your Bundle because the business closes down, we'll make sure to refund your money. We want to make sure you're happy!

Easy! Just go to our Suggest a Business page. We'll be happy to look into a future Bundle for you.

Are there any restrictions to the Bundles?

All restrictions to the Bundles will be clearly published with the original daily deal. They'll also be listed on the gift certificate print out.

What do I do if I'm not satisfied with the good or service that I purchased? 

We put in our best efforts to pick reputable businesses that will do their best to make you happy. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with the goods or services offered, please address your issues with the provider. InBundles is not responsible for the actions of its merchant partners.
